To apply the Balance-n-Glow Foundation Finder Powder, for light coverage, swirl the Retractable Kabuki Brush, with the sleeve pushed all the way down, in the foundation compact. Then, stroke the foundation on your face, blending outward and upward. Repeat to build coverage. For fuller coverage, apply with the protective sleeve pulled almost all the way up. Swirl in the foundation, then stroke it on your face. Blend outward and upward, and repeat to build coverage.
