To use, first prep the lips by gently exfoliating and applying a dab of balm. Blot with a tissue. Then, use the tip or sides of the applicator to line the lips. Next, use the width of the applicator to fill in a layer of bold colour. For a blurred ombre look, apply the colour to the centre of the lips and tap with a finger to diffuse outward. Layer and blend shades to create your own rule-breaking look.
